Hi,

Prickly heat rash also called milliaria is due to excessive sweating after exposure to high temperature. Avoid residing in hot areas. Stay in AC room. Take high doses of vitamin C tablets for few weeks. Sprinkle Clotrimazole powder. Take Dettol bath. Wear cotton clothes. Do not apply steroid containing cream, which may complicate the condition.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
